Aimless amusement is our primary objective. Snow, woods, wind, or water. Play on the river or mountain; by bike, scooter, skis, or foot. All facilitate emotional awareness & conflict resolution through emotional modeling and boundary setting.

Not therapy - emotional coaching through adventure. Acknowledge and skill-build with emotions that naturally arise. Red-point then back off to curiously observe.
Nature -based play models the space and vulnerability necessary to grow. Consider social, emotional, and physical goals or expectations you hold.
Our time will focus on skill-building physically and emotionally - developing understanding by naming and learning new modes to allow release. A balance of instruction and coaching will push limits and expand boundaries.
