Nature-based exploration of emotional patterns deepens self-awareness, emotional regulation and empathy.
Solo sessions are offered around Crested Butte, Colorado in the wild: skiing, biking, or hiking. Activities subtly employ bilateral stimulation (employed in EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) leveraging the brain's natural neuroplastic tendencies and facilitating healing and balance.
EMOTIONAL INQUIRY OCCURS THROUGH:
1. LEARN: a dose of psychology and neuroscience encourage emotional curiosity to take center stage.
2. PLAY: out of the brain and into the body - child-like attitudes allow emotions to arise naturally.
3. RELEASE: guidance to express and release emotions - witnessing experiences non-judgementally.
4. REFLECT: witness and instill learnings. Post-experience reflective journaling strengthens self efficacy.
