EMOTIONAL INQUIRY OCCURS THROUGH:
1. LEARNING: a small dose of psychology and neuroscience unmasking the emotions that take center stage.
2. PLAYING: guided visualization, games, or embodiment techniques help bring the target emotion to the forefront.
3. RELEASING: guided to express and release emotions which arise. Deepen self-awareness, allowance, and acceptance.
4. REFLECTING: witness and instill learnings. Post reflective journaling strengthens self efficacy.
